We may receive your name, email address, order details, dream description and intake answers when you purchase a service, contact us or join the email list. Please share only information you are comfortable providing.
How information is used
Information is used to deliver purchased products or services, create your personalised dream reflection, respond to enquiries, send requested email content and improve the website. Dream details are treated as private service information and are not sold.
Service providers and links
Payments and digital delivery may be handled by Gumroad or Etsy, and email subscriptions by Mailchimp. Those providers process information under their own privacy policies. The website may also use analytics and clearly disclosed affiliate links.
Storage and retention
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet record-keeping obligations and resolve support issues. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in an email. You can also ask what personal information we hold, request a correction or ask for deletion where legally available.
